Get your site key
In ConsentX, open Websites → your site and copy the site key.
Open Code Injection
In Squarespace: Settings → Advanced → Code Injection (Business or Commerce plan).
Paste the tag
Add the snippet below to the Header box, replacing YOUR_SITE_KEY, and Save.
Allowlist + done
Add your .squarespace.com and custom domain to the property in ConsentX. The banner is live.
Tip: turn off Squarespace's built-in cookie banner under Settings → Cookies & Visitor Data so visitors only see ConsentX. For Google Consent Mode v2, add the denied-by-default snippet above the loader (see the install guide).
